About Our Social Media Management Services

 

Do I have to use all of the social networks?

No.  We have selections available from 1 – 5.  If you would like us to open or manage more than 5 social media accounts, please contact us and we would be happy to give you a custom quote.

 

Can I upgrade?

Yes.  You can upgrade at any time.

 

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, it is month to month.  You can cancel at any time.

 

When do I get billed?

When you sign up for our service.  After 30 days you will receive an invoice to continue the service.  From then on you will be billed each month on the day that you sign up on for as long as you wish to continue the service.

 

Can you setup my social media accounts?

Yes.  If you do not currently have an account with the Social Media that you would like, we will open the account and set up your profile. 

 

What kind of access do I need to give you?

We would need to be made an Admin on the Social Media that you want us to manage.  We can help you with that if needed.

How do I Get the A La Carte Services?

You can add on any of the a la carte services to your social media management account.  If you have any questions about Facebook Marketing or original content creation, we would be happy to have a strategy session to go over the services that you are interested in.
